Europort is the place where the entire maritime sector meets. From 8 until 11 November 2011 the exhibition was held in Ahoy Rotterdam. The previous edition of Europort took place in November 2011 and was visited by 31,000 professionals. A record number of 1000 exhibitors presented themselves.

History Europort takes place biennially in Ahoy Rotterdam. The 2009 edition of Europort attracted 900 exhibitors and 31,463 visitors. The exhibition – which was branded Europort Maritime in 2007 and 2005 – originates from the merged exhibitions Europort (in Amsterdam) and Rotterdam Maritime (in Rotterdam). Europort, organised for the first time in 1963, was held 31 times. Rotterdam Maritime took place for the first time in 1983 and counted 12 editions.
